Welcome to BareFrame. By using our website at bareframe.polsia.app and placing reservations through our configurator, you agree to the following terms.

1. About BareFrame

BareFrame sells modular sofa frames, cushion sets, and fabric covers as separate components. We are currently in pre-launch mode. Orders placed through our configurator are reservations, not final purchases. No payment is charged at this time.

2. Reservations

When you complete a configuration and submit it through our site, you are placing a non-binding reservation. This means:

• No payment is collected at reservation time.
• Your reservation secures your place in our launch queue.
• We will contact you when your configuration is ready to ship, at which point you can confirm or cancel.
• Pricing shown on the configurator is estimated and may change before launch. We will notify you of any price changes before collecting payment.

3. Deposits (When Applicable)

If we introduce a deposit system in the future:

• Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before your order ships.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• We will clearly disclose the deposit amount before collecting it.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product details accurately, including pricing, dimensions, and materials. However:

• Colors on screen may differ slightly from the physical product.
• Specifications are approximate and subject to manufacturing tolerances.
• We reserve the right to update product details before launch.

5. Returns & Refunds (Post-Launch)

Once BareFrame begins shipping:

• You may return undamaged, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original packaging.
• Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs.
• Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.

6. Privacy

We collect only what we need to process your reservation:

• Configuration data — your frame, cushion, and cover selections.
• Email address — if provided, used solely to contact you about your reservation.
• Analytics data — anonymous page visit data to improve our site.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use cookies only for essential site functionality and anonymous analytics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, design, and the BareFrame name — is owned by BareFrame. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BareFrame is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
